New technology to improve customer-response ability for Gulf Air

Gulf Air has installed new technology at its global customer center in Bahrain to improve its ability to help customers book flights and hotels, check fares, change plans and make requests. "It is business-critical for any customer-oriented organization like Gulf Air to have a sound technological infrastructure in place," said Jassim Haji, Gulf Air's acting director for information technology.
