Whole Foods sets standard for swordfish and tuna:

Whole Foods Market plans to stop selling swordfish and tuna that are rated "red" by the Marine Stewardship Council. "We have found fisheries that can provide better environmental choices," the company said. Whole Foods provides color codes to show the sustainability of seafood, with green the most sustainable, followed by yellow, then red.
