Firefighters save dog trapped beneath concrete during a flood

Wichita firefighters responded to what they thought was a car with people in it submerged in floodwaters but instead found themselves searching for Taz, a 100-pound mixed-breed dog who became trapped in a flooded creek under an overpass during the storm. Scuba divers, tenacious rescuers, concrete cutters and a lucky break helped save Taz.
