Policy-administration upgrade efforts often fall short, report says

Less than one-third of projects to improve policy-administration systems are successful, according to a PricewaterhouseCoopers report. Insurers whose projects succeed can "leapfrog their competition, which may be in the approximately 70 percent of projects that are challenged or that outright fail," according to PwC.
