Arbitrator: Minn. State coach should be reinstated, receive back pay

An arbitrator has ruled that fired Minnesota State University head football coach Todd Hoffner should get his job back and receive compensation for the time since his suspension and firing following allegations of having inappropriate videos of children on his work cellphone. The allegations led to criminal charges that were later dismissed, and Hoffner has since become head coach at Minot State University. The arbitrator's ruling criticized the university for suspending Hoffman and said the incident should be expunged from the coach's work record.
