U.K. exam changes include more emphasis on foreign languages

Students enrolled in schools in the U.K. soon will see some changes to the General Certificate of Secondary Education tests and A-level exams. Proposed changes span all subjects, including foreign languages. On the GCSE, students' foreign language speaking ability will account for 25% of their scores, and listening and responding in the language will account for another 25%.
