Breast cancer survivors say there's no perfect solution for implants

Breast cancer survivors who need reconstructive surgery, among the only women currently allowed to choose silicone gel-filled implants, largely agree that there is no perfect solution for breast reconstruction. Complications can occur with both saline and silicone implants, yet many women choose the implants over reconstructive surgery, which can involve protracted surgery and a lengthy recuperation.
