High definition in high demand

Demand for HDTV is outpacing supply of high-definition cable boxes for Charter Cable customers in the St. Louis area, where there is a seven-week wait. Sales of HDTVs are expected to outperform sales of analog TVs by 89% this year, according to the Consumer Electronics Association.
