Diet plan lowers women's heart attack, stroke risk

Women who followed the government-recommended DASH diet -- which emphasizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains and low-fat milk -- were less likely to suffer a heart attack or stroke than women with more typical diets, a large research study found.
