Paulson welcomes IMF tracking of currencies, sovereign funds

U.S. Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson said the International Monetary Fund should improve its surveillance of currency-exchange rates and sovereign-wealth funds. Paulson welcomed the IMF's developing a set of best practices for sovereign funds and said it also should work with countries receiving the state-controlled investments.
