Sexual dissatisfaction in women not linked to heart problems

Erectile dysfunction can be a red flag for heart disease in men but a woman's satisfaction with her sex life seems to have little to do with the state of her heart or circulation, researchers say. Data from the Women's Health Initiative study show no link between sexual dissatisfaction and a woman's risk of having a heart attack or stroke, or developing high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, chest pain or heart failure.
