Analysis leaves many questions about foods, heart health

An analysis of nearly 200 studies related to diet and heart health could not conclude whether milk, meat and eggs are good or bad for the heart. But it did find that vegetables, whole grains and nuts are good, and that starchy white bread and trans fats are bad.
