Since Barack Obama became president, he and first lady Michelle Obama have been inviting students from Washington, D.C., schools to White House events. "I've been here long enough to know this doesn't happen every day," said D.C. high-school Principal Anita Berger about the presidential attention. "It's really been amazing."
