North Korea boots IAEA, will restart nuclear program

North Korea's government today said it will no longer cooperate with the International Atomic Energy Agency and asked the U.N. watchdog group to leave "at the earliest possible time," according to a statement from the IAEA. North Korea said it will reactivate its nuclear facilities and wants the IAEA to remove its surveillance equipment, the statement said.
