There's no better place to learn about strategy and execution, innovation and employee management than an episode of "Deadliest Catch," a Discovery Channel reality TV show about crab fishermen in the Bering Sea, argues Scott Berinato. "When someone could die if you make the wrong decision, you'd better not make many wrong decisions," he writes. "These guys are better managers than you and me. They're better leaders than most."
