Retail brand names survive bankruptcies

Instead of simply selling off material assets, liquidators are resurrecting brands such as Sharper Image, Linens 'n Things and Bombay. Legal experts caution that the liquidators must be careful to sell merchandise of at least the same quality as the original brand did.
