Study: CIOs plan bullish investment in the next year

A study from Robert Half Technology shows that most chief information officers -- 70% of them -- will invest heavily in IT in the next year. For 43% of the CIOs who responded to the survey, information security was a top priority, followed by virtualization with 28% and data center efficiency with 27%.
