Baylor pays employees to exercise, lose weight

Baylor Health Care System in Texas has lowered its health care costs using the Thriv program, which pays employees to exercise and lose weight. More than 6,000 employees participate and receive $50 in extra pay for each 100-day cycle they are in the program.
