Cleveland Clinic takes health food pledge seriously

The Cleveland Clinic is one of many U.S. hospitals following the "Healthy Food in Health Care Pledge" and using locally grown and sustainable foods. Foods at the clinic cafeteria have signs that identify the farm where the items were grown, the hospital holds farmer's markets onsite and it has begun a composting program.
