Don't delegate e-mail contact with customers

Forget the rules you've heard about e-mail, writes Chris Guillebeau. He writes that he sends 50 to 80 short e-mails a day to maintain contact with customers. "If you wouldn't delegate strategy, why delegate relationship-building? Don't cut off ties to your customers; make them closer," he argues.
