Program allows pre-screened travelers to speed through customs

A program at Seattle/Tacoma International Airport allows international travelers who are pre-screened to move quickly through U.S. Customs. Participating travelers simply present their passports, have their fingerprints biometrically identified, and make a declaration at a kiosk. The program, dubbed Global Entry, is up to 70% faster than the traditional customs procedures.
