Law firms have heard their share of the cloud-computing buzz, and many have been eagerly moving to hosted environments. Chris Romano, chief information officer at Ward and Smith, writes that cloud migration doesn't mean the end of the CIO, but argues that IT leaders need to shift their focus away from systems maintenance to employing technology toward opportunities for growth.
