Chevron is required to file response plan for Utah pipeline spill

Chevron needs to submit a cleanup operations report and a response plan for a pipeline spill at Willard Bay State Park in Utah, according to a violation notice from the Utah Division of Water Quality. Approximately 21,000 gallons of diesel leaked from the ruptured line. "We are committed to cooperating with the Utah Division of Water Quality and responding to the notice in the required time frame," said Gareth Johnstone, a spokesman for the company.
