How will customers react to bank branch redesigns?

More banks say they are redesigning branches to reflect changing consumer behavior. Some in the industry worry about how much innovation should be employed in the redesigns and whether extreme change will annoy customers. "To be honest, we don't know if we have it right," said Mike Weinbach, JPMorgan Chase's chief of national sales for consumer banking. "I don't think anyone knows exactly what the future of banking's going to look like."
