Older Americans like shopping with devices too, survey finds

Baby boomers and seniors are turning to their smartphones to help them make buying decisions, according to a survey from the Local Search Association and Thrive Analytics. The research found that 69% of the 54-and-older set have turned to handsets to find sales, reviews and price comparisons. That's still far less than the 97% of 18 to 29-year-olds who do the same.
