PepsiCo is adding 120 recycling bins to 30 Warehouse Market and Fiesta Mart locations throughout Tulsa, Okla. The bins are positioned at store entrances and near fuel pumps "to help increase on-the-go recycling," the company said. The containers, shaped like a plastic bottle, are part of a program that started in 2010 with the goal of upping recycling rates to 50% by 2018. PepsiCo's bins have kept more than 160 million bottles and cans out of landfills since the program started, and recycling rates have increased from 34% to 42%.
