Brooklyn development plan unveiled

New York City unveiled a $100 million development plan yesterday for downtown Brooklyn. The plan includes three new office towers with as much as 3 million square feet of space next to a new 1.5-acre park, another office development that may be about 850,000 square feet and rezoning to encourage new commercial and residential construction.
