Analyst: Advertisers should support free VOD

Magna Global analyst Brian Wieser says advertisers should back free VOD, as the alternative is one in which consumers may opt out of ads by watching DVDs and using DVRs. A FVOD world gives advertisers and operators more control over what the viewer sees. Magna Global controls $30 billion in media spending for Interpublic.
