RealNetworks wants a taste of Apple

Digital media company RealNetworks wants to team up with Apple Computer to form an Internet music giant. RealNetworks CEO Rob Glaser hinted in an e-mail to Apple chairman Steven Jobs last week that if the two companies do not join forces RealNetworks might do so with Microsoft. Separately, Apple's net-income more than tripled and revenue rose 29% in the first quarter.
