BBB attacks auto-service company's misleading ads

BBB says advertisements for auto-service packages from U.S. Fidelis make false promises designed to mislead consumers. The company routinely uses fine-print exemptions to get out paying claims and lies to customers about offering them special deals based on things such as military status, according to BBB. "This company continuously has produced ads which have the capacity to mislead the public," said St. Louis BBB President Michelle Corey.
