Infrastructure in North Carolina gets "C-" from ASCE

The North Carolina Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers gave its state an overall grade of "C-" in a report card on infrastructure. North Carolina received a "D-" on roads and a "D" on dams, while drinking water received the state's highest grade of a "B-." The report found funding for transportation in the state has decreased, even as road congestion continues to increase.
