Texas windstorm bill hits roadblock over financing concerns

A bill meant to shore up Texas' windstorm insurance fund is still idling in a state Senate committee due to lawmakers' concerns the bill would mean higher costs for coastal property owners. The bill's sponsor, Sen. Troy Fraser, R-Horseshoe Bay, says he may still push for a vote on the bill.
