Will trademark lawsuit lead to change in Google's keywords policy?

The reinstatement of a trademark infringement lawsuit by computer repair company Rescuecom alleging Google is violating its trademark by auctioning keywords using its brand name to rivals could lead to limits on how competitors can use search marketing, according to this article. But Rescuecom has to demonstrate the practice has misled users trying to find its site. A Google spokesman dismissed the case as being "without merit."
