Earthquake damaged water infrastructure in California

The April 4 earthquake in California damaged water treatment and wastewater treatment infrastructure. El Centro, Calif., estimates damage at around $25 million for water projects. In the border city of Calexico, Calif., a ruptured sewer line continues to dump sewage in the river.
