Congress set to discuss "defending marriage"

Republican lawmakers have invited Maggie Gallagher, the chairman of the board of the National Organization for Marriage, to address the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution on Friday during a hearing titled "Defending Marriage." The hearing will likely focus on President Barack Obama's decision to stop defending the Defense of Marriage Act in federal court, sources say.
