The Transportation Security Administration's local director in Newark, N.J., has created a group of managers who will develop an "action plan" aimed at addressing security concerns at Newark Liberty Airport. "Decisions have been made that will foster improved communications, collaboration, consistency, discipline, accountability, staffing and training," the agency said.
