Bayer reportedly will settle birth control lawsuits for $110M

Bayer is set to pay a minimum $110 million to settle about 500 lawsuits claiming that contraceptives Yasmin and Yaz trigger blood clots, sources said. The firm reportedly agreed to pay as much as $220,000 on average for each suit.
