Joy Newton combined her love of art and the outdoors with her entrepreneurial spirit to develop a line of eco-friendly notecards, bags and home accessories that feature her nature-inspired prints. She offers some advice to women starting their own businesses: "Delegate. You can't do it all yourself. ... I used to think no one could do anything better, but that changed with age and maturity. I wish I had let go a little earlier."
