Trade agreement between U.S. and Colombia moves forward

The U.S. trade agreement with Colombia will take effect May 15 after President Barack Obama approved Colombia's plan to protect members of labor unions. The trade deal, supported by Caterpillar and other companies, will remove Colombian duties on over 80% of U.S. exports, according to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
