Etihad CEO: Air-travel overhaul needed to include emerging markets

James Hogan, Etihad's president and CEO, told an audience at the World Travel and Tourism Council Global Summit in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, that legacy carriers need to rethink their networks to reach developing markets. "Airlines across the world need to adapt to 'the new world' and identify and tap into growth markets," Hogan said.
