A Draftfcb Chicago online spot for Kmart has gone viral with its use of the phrase "ship my pants" to tout its free shipping. The spot has garnered more than 7.5 million views on YouTube and has generated controversy as social media users debate whether the ad's word play is in poor taste or has an edgy sense of humor. "[T]he ad has stirred up plenty of chatter across the Web, drawing lots of attention to the Kmart name," writes Samantha Grossman.
