Residents of Frankfort, Maine, voted against settling a lawsuit with three property owners over a town ordinance blocking wind-power development. The town agreed to put it to a town meeting vote in late March after the plaintiffs agreed to remove financial damage claims in their lawsuit, said an attorney for the town. "My true belief is, [anti-wind-power advocates] just don't want to look at the turbines. They'll tell you that they're going to harm you health-wise, and everything like that, but they never come up with any facts," said Paul Emerson, a resident who supported settling the lawsuit.
