N.H. schools try to manage student meal debt, waste

Many schools offer an optional lunch to students with meal debt, but one school has decided to give such students the same lunch as their peers and increase parent outreach about outstanding balances. In terms of food waste, one school has reduced waste by offering more fruit and vegetable options.
