Opinion: Ads, innovation will grow U.S. yogurt consumption

For all the popularity of Greek yogurt and new yogurt products, U.S. consumption of the food is still low compared with other nations, about one cup per person weekly, writes marketing expert Scott Goodson. "Yogurt advertising however hasn't enjoyed the same creative energy that's been applied to products," he writes. "Expect the field to change once creativity enters the yogurt market."
