CBO: Subsidies to cost less than expected

The Congressional Budget Office forecasts that health insurance subsidies offered under the Affordable Care Act will total about $1 trillion over the next decade, instead of the anticipated $1.2 trillion. Tighter cost controls by insurance companies were credited for the 8% savings.
