U.K. Survey Tracks Online Bullies

Bullies are using high-tech methods to harass students in the U.K., a study by children's charity and rights group NCH has found. The study says as many as 16% of students have been bullied through text messages on mobile phones and 7% have been abused in Internet chat rooms. NCH says 29% of electronically bullied children did not report the incidents.
