$3 million in incentives approved for Fresno mixed-use project

The City Council in Fresno, Calif., has approved an ambitious mixed-use project in the city's downtown and given developers incentives totaling more than $3 million for the project. The Legacy Downtown development includes 171 apartments, a public ice rink and commercial and office space.
