Should Microsoft sell aQuantive to avoid potential conflict of interest?

Some search ad marketing firms believe Microsoft, especially if it's successful in its Yahoo! bid, should sell its aQuantive unit to avoid any possibility that aQuantive clients are receiving special treatment in their search engine rankings. However, Microsoft has said that regardless of whether it acquires Yahoo! it already maintains a wall between its search unit and other divisions of the company that have to do with placing search ads or seeking to improve search results.
