Principal: Tai chi lessons help students relax, focus

Some high-school students are learning to relax and reduce stress while getting exercise through tai chi lessons taught during physical-education classes. "Most kids have problems with focus," said Principal Jerry Willard. "I think this will help them with that. And some of our kids are doing projects on Western and Eastern medicines, and this is a nice connection to it."
