SEC has "more to do" to reform credit-rating agencies

Regulators have "more to do" as they consider ideas for overhauling the regulation of credit-rating agencies, Securities and Exchange Commission Chairwoman Mary Schapiro said. The SEC met to discuss proposals, including one that would change the way firms are paid. The industry has been criticized for not foreseeing problems that led to the economic meltdown.
